Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 – 3 business days (excluding Sundays and UK holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your order, and an additional confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be included in this email where available.

Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your goods. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method, or exchange for a different product of the same value. You can return the item using the postage method of your choice.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

• Customised and personalised goods may only be returned if faulty or damaged.

UK Shipping

We offer a range of UK delivery services through Royal Mail. Approximate delivery times are listed below. These are in addition to our order processing times.

• Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2 – 3 business days

• Royal Mail 1st Class: 1 – 2 business days

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1 business day

If you have not received your order within 6 business days of receiving your shipping notification email, please reach out to us using the Contact Us form or email us at info@jm3d.co.uk and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

We offer international delivery via Royal Mail International Tracked or International Standard. We will always use the tracked service for international orders where available. Approximate delivery times for world regions are listed below:

Europe: 3 – 5 business days

Rest of World: 6 – 7 business days

If you have not received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping notification email, please reach out to us using the Contact Us form or email us at info@jm3d.co.uk and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. JM3D is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
